03 Guests staying at the property List the full legal name (exactly as shown on the ID) and age of every guest, including children. Shore 3 checks IDs against this list at the lobby.
04 Emergency contact Provide someone we can contact if needed during your stay.
05 No pets, no smoking This Manila unit does not allow pets. Smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the unit or on the balcony.
06 Guest behaviour & booking declarations This box must be ticked to check in.
07 House Rules Please read all the house rules before signing. They are short - and strictly enforced.

1. GUEST BEHAVIOUR - READ THIS FIRST

- ✅ Be respectful at all times to the Host, the Host's staff, and all Shore 3 staff - Admin, Reception, and Security Officers. In person, on calls, and in messages.
- 🚫 NOT allowed: shouting, insults, threats, harassment, or aggressive behaviour.
- 👨‍🔧 Problem during your stay? Message the Host calmly and give us time to fix it.
- ⚠️ If you or anyone in your group break this rule: building security will escort you out, your booking is cancelled, and there is NO REFUND. No warnings needed.
- The person who booked is responsible for the behaviour of everyone in their group.

2. WHO CAN STAY 👨‍💼

- Guest who are approved in the guest authorization form are the only allowed to check in. Lobby Security will record and ask for ID during check in

3. ID verification 🆔

Upload a valid ID for every guest. No check-in form + no ID = no entry. For Kids, school ID is Ok.

4. TIMES ⏱️

Check-in: 2:00 PM. Check-out: 12:00 NN (Manila time).
- Early check-in / late check-out is available for a fee - check with the Host for approval and fees.

5. GUESTS & VISITORS

- Only registered guests may stay in the unit.
- If you have visitors you must also provide ID and send it in advance for processing.

6. KEEP IT QUIET 🤫

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. No parties, no events, no loud noise anytime.

7. NO SMOKING - NO PETS 🚭

- No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. No pets allowed.

8. TAKE CARE OF THE UNIT

- Turn off the aircon and lights when you go out.
- You pay for any damage, loss, or extra cleaning during your stay.

9. POOL & BUILDING 🏊

- Pool voucher is bought at the Admin Office: PHP 150 per person/day (PHP 300 on holidays).
- Follow all Shore 3 building rules and staff instructions at all times.

Breaking any rule above - or any Shore 3 building rule - can end your stay immediately, without refund.
08 Upload IDs for every guest Upload a clear front photo of a valid government-issued ID for EVERY guest - not only the person booking. Shore 3 requires an ID for each guest. Use one upload slot per guest - up to 6 ID photos.
